Use strong passwords and 2FA!

Using strong passwords and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) is the simplest and most effective way to protect yourself from cybersecurity threats. Strong passwords should be long and include a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. Studies show that longer passwords are more effective than overly complex passwords. 2FA adds an additional layer of security by requiring users to provide a second form of authentication, such as a code sent to their phone or email, before gaining access to an account.
