FIRST TIME LOGIN

Effective at 8 AM on Monday, April 3, 2023Screen capture showing online banking

1. Key your USERNAME

USERNAME

Your USERNAME will stay the same unless the user name contains invalid special characters. All current USERNAME(s) will be checked for invalid special characters in the USERNAME.  If there are invalid special characters, these will be removed and the USERNAME will “squish” together.  For example: If my old Access ID was JohnDoe#256 then my new USERNAME is now JohnDoe256.

Valid Special Characters are + _ % @ ! $ * ~

USERNAME(s) are not case sensitive.  You may use upper or lower case letters.

2. KEY YOUR PASSWORD

For your initial log in, your password will be the last 4 digits of the social security number, or the Tax ID Number(TIN), of the primary account holder.  In other words, the last 4 digits of the social security number or the Tax ID Number (TIN) of the person/business whose name is listed first on your bank statement.

If the numbers that you enter do not match our information, you will only have 3 attempts to enter the correct information.  For your safety, the account access will be locked after three unsuccessful attempts in keying your password.

3. CLICK

submit

If the information that you have keyed in matches the information that is on our systems, you will be given access to a screen to create a new password. This will be your password going forward.

4. CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD

After a new password is established, customers will be required to set up two factor authentication (2FA).  We recommend setting up an easily accessible mobile device (like a cell phone) that can be accessed easily as your 2FA device.  Setting up 2FA will provide additional security to your banking information.

If your account is locked, please contact Customer Service at 256-437-2176 or your local branch to be unlocked.
