IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING DIFFICULTY CONNECTING TO QUICKBOOKS AND QUICKEN PLEASE TRY THE FOLLOWING FIVE -STEP REMEDY: (Time required for completion - 20 - 30 minutes)

While logged in to Quickbooks or Quicken

1. Contact Inuit using the HELP button in the top right of the screen.
2. An online agent will save your transactions.
3. You will need to delete the current checking account.
4. Once connected, your most recent transactions from February forward should display.
5. The Agent will merge your old data into the new file to SUCCESS!

ATTENTION QUICKBOOKS AND QUICKEN

Our financial institution is migrating to a new online and mobile banking system on Monday, April 3rd, 2023, and this upgrade will require that you make changes to your QuickBooks or Quicken software. Please take action to ensure a smooth transition.

Conversion instructions are available.

The conversion instructions reference two Action Dates.

1st Action Date: Friday, March 31st, 2023
A data file backup and a final transaction download should be completed by this date. Please make sure to complete the final download before this date since transaction history might not be available after the upgrade.

2nd Action Date: Monday, April 3rd, 2023
This is the action date for the remaining steps on the conversion instructions. You will complete the deactivate/reactivate of your online banking connection to ensure that you get your current Quicken or QuickBooks accounts set up with the new connection.

Intuit aggregation services may be interrupted for up to 3-5 business days.

Users are encouraged to download a QBO file during this outage.

The following services may not work during the outage:

• Quicken Win/Mac Express Web Connect
• QuickBooks Online Express Web Connect

Please carefully review your downloaded transactions after completing the migration instructions to ensure no transactions were duplicated or missed on the register.
