Online Banking Digital Suite

ACH ORIGINATION

First Southern State Bank will upgrade to our Enhanced Digital Banking Suite over the weekend of April 1^st. (This will be Saturday, April 1^st & Sunday, April 2^nd.)   To ensure that our Business and Commercial clients' ACH files are not affected by the upgrade, please note the following important dates:

WEDNESDAY, MARCH 29 - ACH BATCH FILES

• ACH Batch files will need to be completed by 3:00 PM on Wednesday, March 29th.  This will ensure that your file is processed as normal before the end date of March 31st.  

FRIDAY, MARCH 31 - SECURED FILES

• Secured Files should be completed before 3:00 PM on Friday, March 31^st  for it to process as normal on the  date  of  Friday, March 31^st.

MONDAY, APRIL 3 - NEW UPGRADE LINK WILL BE READY FOR LOGIN BEGINNING AT 8:00 AM

Business or Commercial Customers paying their employees on Monday, April 3.

ACH entry files will post as scheduled if files are loaded before the stated cut off times.

• ACH Batch File -  completed before 3:00 PM on Wednesday, March 29. 
• Secure File - completed before 3:00 PM on Friday, March 31.

We are currently working with a Mapping Programmer to ensure that our business and commercial customer ACH information keyed into a template in our current online banking platform transfers over to the new Digital Banking Suite.
